Race center: Kuressaare shopping center Ferrum (Tallinna tänav 8).
Race envelopes are issued at the race center the day before the start. If you do not manage to pick up the envelope the day before, it is also possible to collect it at the marathon start area next to the monument of Albert Uustulnd at Kuressaare Titerand (castle park) at 9-9.30 a.m.
The race envelope contains:
- race number (waterproof sticker for the boat);
- GPS tracker;
- waterproof track map and finish area map.
Food vouchers are not issued separately. Meals will be served on the track based on the race number. At the after-party, sauna and draft beer are offered based on your finish medal.
Marathon start: Kuressaare Titerand, at 10:00 a.m.
A photographer will be present at the start and finish area to record the event.
There is a children's playground at the beach.
NB! Titerand (castle beach) cannot be reached by car. A suitable point for parking the car and unloading the kayak is in the parking lot on the side of the Staadion Hotel, located next to the castle park. On the day of the marathon, the municipality allows access along Staadion Street to the pier behind the stadium for unloading equipment. Parking must be organized in public parking lots.
Finish: The finish line is located at the eastern side of the Roomassaare Port pier.
The finish line is open until sunset and is marked by two orange buoys. A warm drink is offered at the finish line, the competitors are awarded with medals, and they are led to the awards ceremony at the Roomassaare marina.
The finish area is accessible by car for transporting your equipment. There is a children's playground in the after-party area.
The after-party will take place in the tavern of the Roomassaare marina (after the awards ceremony). In the harbor building, sauna awaits for the paddlers. The after-party is supported by Pöide Brewery with local draft beer.
